Almost time...

For the official opening of the Gin Palace 2019!  Excitement levels are rising as quickly as the temperatures are dropping.  I knew the lovely weather was too good to last!

I think all the excitement of the last few days finally caught up with me.  I didn't get to sleep till almost 3.00am but when I did finally enter the Land of Nod, that was me apart from a loo break at 6.30am till 11am!  David just left me to it.  I think he enjoys the peace when I'm not around he realised I needed the sleep.

After lunch we retuned to our task of getting the Gin Palace sorted.  This mainly involved me directing David on where to hang the various wall decorations then changing my mind and asking for things to be re-hung elsewhere.  We had great fun.  That might be the Royal we :-)))

A quick dinner then David rushed out to his Tuesday night singing rehearsal and I have turned my mind to the food shopping for this lot coming for the weekend (well Saturday till Sunday)  Just about to email them all to get the arrangements firmed up.  It's like trying to herd cats!
