Cayton Bay

Firstly, a gargantuan thanks for the response to yesterdays gannet. I apologise for not getting chance to reply individually atm.
Today we realised that we just don't do relaxing holidays, especially when the weather is so good. We had thought that a day on the beach taking it easy would be nice. We headed for Clayton Beach, parked on the tops and wandered down but it was so nice we walked the length of the beach one and a half times then up onto the Cleveland Way back. In need of a good coffee we headed for Scarborough, parked at the south end and walked to the harbour, see extra. By now we had clocked up 17k steps and feeling a bit weary. However we still had the energy for an evening on Bempton. In order to not repeat the gannets, the last extra is of a lovely linnet.
