Blossom Time

A beautiful morning followed by a not quite so beautiful afternoon. We did have a some rain but not nearly enough to quench the garden's thirst.

Queens Park was looking great this morning .... the grass had recently been cut, the trees lining the main path were covered with pink blossom and the leaves of the horse chestnut trees were beginning to open up.

The dogs of course were totally unaware of the beauty around them ... they wanted a paddle in the smallpond ... if only they would go in the same direction!
