Safe Routes to School

This year PoP (Pedal on Parliament) isn't having a mass ride to the Scottish Parliament but instead is organising a weekend of local events across the country to highlight different cycling issues. In Portobello Spokes Porty organised a Safe Routes to School event from Portobello High Street up to Duddingston Primary School. They managed to get the local MSP and a couple of councillors along to accompany the kids and parents on their school run and I was there with my camera, as was JoppaStrand, capturing the event for the Portobello Reporter.
