Mayan Doom

As predicted by the ancestral Mayan population of the Yucatán Region of Mexico, nothing happened. Just to be sure though I bought a helicopter from Amazon since the Amazonians surely must know a thing or two about apocalyptic issues given their failure to pay much UK Corporation Tax in recent years.
From 2009-2011, Amazon booked UK sales of $11.5 billion, but paid just $3.7 million in corporation tax.
Be that as it may, in other news our esteemed PM has sold some war planes to the Middle East, Syria continues to burn and Andrew Mitchell has been pictured in the Guardian cuddling a female police officer by the name of Bottomley.
I am pleased to report that my cat's sore paw is now much improved.
