In the famer's market......

.... I visited the goats cheese man. He has an amazing array of cheeses, all so tasty but only goat.. I bought this jar of different cheeses in oil for a friend l am going to see. Apparently the thing to do is to empty the oil out of the jar and use it in salads as it gives a lovely taste, then top the jar up with some new oil. I would be inclined to just eat the cheese.
The extra is the trays of Italian deliciousnesses going very fast.
