Noble's Rest

Found the park described in this blip on a sunny day in Kendal when I completed my  jobs and had lots of time left on the parking ticket. Chatted to the gardener who was digging up all the pansies ready for a new display being planted later in the week. Its a shame I did not have any plastic bags with me to take some plants. The large stone has an enscription that the park is for use as a santuary of rest for the aged and a small playground for children.
