Frustrated Freeloader

This cheeky pigeon found a way to perch on the grapevine to steal with blue tits' seeds from the feeder (see extra), so I clipped off the branch he was standing on. For the next hour, he was trying to figure out how to get back at it - unsuccessfully I might add! This of course attracted a very interested spectator (also in extras)! So, the pigeon didn't get his food, and Molly didn't get her pigeon!

Last lecture for the module I was teaching at Anglia Ruskin University tonight. Now I just have a week to wait for the students' final assignments to see if anything sunk in.

Otherwise, it seemed a reasonably productive and not too stressful day. Weather even brightened up a bit at the close of day.
