Confidence boosting

It's trainee instructor placement time. When baby instructors get to meet real life groups and work towards various assessments in different venues. 
A had been pretty nervous on our river trip on Friday but had a good day and decided to call it a day above Grantully.
Keen to improve he asked if I'd take him back today. Lots more water made it an entirely different trip for him but he did well, applied Friday's learning and finished grinning.
