Beautiful day

A very cool start to the day, Flu jabs at work this morning. I never thought much of Flu jabs as the first time I had it I got as crook as s dog. This is my third year in a row and for two years I have not had the flu, I have been sick of work a few times. Physio appointment for my back, the exercises are not doing a lot and Paul is having similar problems as the Chiropractor in freeing up my Lumber spine. Today he used his Shockwave machine, this felt like being flicked by a thousand rubber bands every second, also a bit like being pricked with tiny needles. Felt good after treatment
