Horses grazing on Stokenhill meadows
I went to visit John and Liz who live overlooking the Painswick valley. John helped me to cut through some metal work for my new displays, and as always suggested some good technical improvements.
We then had tea together and then I stood in their yard overlooking these fields. The horses roam on both sides of the valley but I was pleased to see them on this side of the valley. I love these views looking towards Pitchcombe and the valley formed by the Paisnwick stream which runs down from the village of Sheepscombe lying in the lee of the distant ridges.
