In the pink

Peak cherry blossom may have passed (and it has been rather nice this year in Edinburgh as previously  blipped ) - however this caught my eye when walking home the afternoon as being especially lovely. 

In today's other news the swans on the canal are the proud parents of 9 cygnets who are at the fluffy and cute stage. I wasnt alone in stopping to admire them.
