At last......

My Irish passport arrived this morning. It took 4 months but it was partly my fault as one of my documents needed clarification. So now whatever happens I have proof of my Irish and EU citizenship. My mother would have been delighted. I just wish it was a green passport like the one she had when I was a little girl.

Now my sister will start her application. I'm sure it won't take as long.
