On the search for poppies

Off to the Puffin Pool in the morning.Mike took me as Anne is away.Just enough time after to go to the Garden Centre to buy some sunflower seeds and fat squares which the woodpeckers love.
A day filled with all sorts of weather, hail,snow and sun and feeling very chilly. The sun had come out so we took a quick drive to North Kessock as I had spotted some poppies that were almost out the other day.A few were out with lots still in bud so we'll have to pop back in a few days.
Very dark skies above us and beams of sun lighting up the fields of rape.
Saw a weasel in the garden but just a very quick glimpse, so tiny compared to the pine marten.
