Joys of Autumn

I had a lovely day out with blipper flying. First we visited Ilam Gardens. I hadn't been there in autumn as it is known for its Spring flowers. It was so lovely walking around the hidden pathways. Next stop was Mona Vale. It was really busy there with lots of people enjoying the beautiful day.

After Mona Vale we stopped for lunch. Then it was onto Woodham Park to look for Monarch Butterflies. Sadly we only spotted one.

I had some really wonderful shots and just about put up a collage... but thought one on its own, would stand out better. It was so hard to know which one looked best... and it has taken me awhile to decide. I liked this one with the greens the red which seem to glow.
