Fence

The Blip detour has become part of my normal morning commute. My first detour wasnear where I live andI have broadened my perspectives. At one point a few months ago, my nav system took me down this beautiful rural road and I decided to visit it again this morning.

This shot is from today's detour. I liked the stark white contrast of this horse jumping gate against the background of the brown log. The light is also very strong in the morning and I like the dark shadows as well.

I am pondering which of two different versions of this shot. Here is a link to the other shot on flicker. Did I make the right choice?
