TOWN, COUNTY & SEA

4 mile walk towards Mum’s when The Rev met me on the way. Did the walk at a good pace but was glad of the lift the last 3 miles.
#this is our local windmill.
We collected Mum and drove to Polegate for lunch thanks Mum....and a quick visit before heading off to Seaford.
#enjoyed the sunshine over the South Downs.
#the visit to Auntie Ei was better than I thought it would be. She is Mum’s oldest friend; like sisters. She definitely recognised Mum and was pleased with the gifts she had bought. We had a few short coherent conversations before she went off track. Dementia is such a cruel disease.
#we had a brief stop at the beach...mainly for blipping:))

Googled my title for quotes and it directed me to Town & Country magazine:))) but loved to think this quote is me.

Small town girls have big hearts with small town values. They are forever loyal to their family, friends and roots. Small town girls keep their feet planted firmly on the ground no matter where they end up.
