Thanks for your response to yesterday’s Wren photo.

We travelled to Bradford University to help at the British Sprint Relays today. My job was to ensure runners went to the correct lane either to hand over or in the case of the third/fourth legs to finish. However it was rather chilly despite being well wrapped up.

It gave me a good viewpoint for photographs. This is ZH bringing home the Edinburgh University team to win the Open class. Her team mates joined her on the run in but she was not hanging about.

I did go out in the individual sprint but ran conservatively in view of an early start to compete in the British Long Championships in the Dales tomorrow.
