Sunday morning: street photography

Out walking in my neighbourhood after breakfast, passing in front of the open florist's shop and  the local Pâtisserie that is open on Sundays. It's also a tea-room and it seemed to be full of people reading the Sunday paper and having a warm drink. This couple were choosing their Sunday dessert before going into the shop.

I'm a bit shy about street photography because it infringes on other people's privacy, but I don't mind doing back shots of passers by, or even profile shots.  I do like catching the moods of the moment and there is a definite Sunday morning feel to both these shots.

The weather this morning is sunny, windy and cold! As promised, there was the merest of sprinkling of snow on the rooftops early morning!
