Christmas cookies

All packed in a jar and ready to be taken home to mum. The gingerbread I baked a couple of days ago and the saffron biscuits I made today. And yes, they are supposed to have almonds in them, but... well... I haven't really learnt how to cut the biscuits with the almonds without the breaking into a million pieces... So, no almonds! :)
Almost everything is ready for tomorrow now. Just a few things left and then I'm ready. :)
