Feast - all for me

Inspired to make vegan patties, after chancing upon a recipe in YouTube last night. Mr B hovered, “need more oil”, “they’ll fall apart without egg or potato in”. He’s probably right about the oil, but just wasn’t going to add even more. And they didn’t fall apart!

Some for the freezer, and some for now and a couple days. That’s dinner sorted. With the Jersey Royals still left and some veg. Maybe will look for a good chutney/salsa while we’re out - or make a pesto.

Shower and get out before the sun goes ... Happy Bank Holiday Monday for those in the UK.

NB Recipe adapted using veg in the fridge and cupboard (red and puy lentils, red pepper, courgette, shallot, onions, garlic, white wine, tomato puree, curry powder) . So no point in putting a link. But I did, include brazil nut ‘flour’ (blitzed some Lidl whole nuts), and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda and lemon juice, which were in the recipe.
