Advent Calender

I made this Advent Calander many years ago when I worked in a school and I used to fill the little pockets with sweeties and give them to the children who came to my office. I bring it out every year.
An absolutely wild day wind and rain and I was nearly blown over when I went down to the vegetable garden to pick some brussels sprouts and a cabbage for my friend R. Strickly has just finished and it was marvelous. Flavia and Louis won the Glitter ball.
