Horse Show

I had planned to have a massive lie in today, probably until at least lunch time - then realised that Gary had bought tickets for us to go the London Horse Show at Olympia. That meant we needed to leave home at 8.30 to catch a train.

I'm not a horsey person so wasn't entirely thrilled at the idea...

But it was a great day, really enjoyed watching lots of events, culminating in the show jumping competition featuring lots of the Olympic stars from earlier this year including Nick Skelton (who sadly didn't win today).

This blip is of the Barcelona Mounted Police who were amazing, probably my favourite event of the day.
