Not Quite Sure What To Do......

I had some pictures of small snails, but I fell in love with this young Titmouse.  There were two or three others splashing around in the old pan of water down on the deck, but he seemed unsure of how to get down there with them.  He studied the rail and I could see he wanted to join them, but he could figure out how to fly down there.  He flapped his wings the way young birds do when they want to be fed, but to no avail, so, after a few minutes he just left.......
