Back home ........

After a 10 am call this morning to say AJ was ready for discharge today, collected her at 5:30 (as medication wasn’t ready)!

She is happy to be “home” - just need to get used to a new dosette system for her medication (bit of a tall ask for someone who is severely sight impaired). She was used to the previous packaging (see extra) ..... whereas the new packaging has 4 slots for medication making it larger!

Onwards and upwards :)
