Above the roofs.
After the long journey yesterday, we didn't want to travel far today. so spent the day in St Ives, and the weather was just what we ordered. Sat outside a cafe, with a coffee of course, and watched the world go by. Then walked to the harbour, where J spotted a biker, who was the owner of a Royal Enfield, so J went off for a chat, and I sat on the harbour wall enjoying the sunshine. Turns out , the guy is an air sea rescue helicopter pilot. It was much busier by this time, so we stopped and shared a portion of fish & chips, and did yet more people watching. Bought Cornish pasties for our evening meal, and cider of course. We saw the quartet singing outside one of the many pubs on the way back, and they were very good. We are off to a great start to our week in Cornwall. See my extra photos.
