a walking zomby day resulting from us getting to bed at midnight and then our daughter having to get up a 4.30 am to take a friend to heathrow.
keep changing my mind as to how to serve the palette cleanser on christmas day - either floating a teaspoon of very sharp lemon sorbet on a tablespoon of tequila or to put the tequila in an atomiser, spray your tongue with the mist then follow with the teaspoon of sorbet.
guess it's an evening of trials!!
