Beginning

As the days begin to get longer, we had a perfect day for lunch in the garden, starting with tapas including this jambon cru and a vegetarian option. I cooked paella on a vine wood fire in the open air and we ate in the sun, feeling hot in short sleeves. Of course, the sun went down and the air soon cooled but we had a perfect few hours in the middle of the day.
