The Plant Sale

Thanks for all your kind comments on yesterday's blip.  

It has been a lovely Sunday.  I spent a few hours at my allotment this morning.  I planted some of the seedlings I've been growing from seed - Swiss chard and spinach, along with some pak choi.  I've saved some plants back in case they don't take properly.  At the moment they are fleeced over to protect them from cold, sun and wind but in a week or so once they have established, the fleece will come off.

This afternoon we popped out to a local village to go to a plant sale.  We are trying to plant up the beds in the back garden so are bargain hunting for plants!  We were successful and came back with three new additions to our garden.  The plant sale was in the cricket club/hut so we were able to enjoy watching some cricket as we wandered along.
