home again

today was a random day - somehow didn't get much done at all! heehee! spent most of the day faffing and having a text conversation with richard, who was saying that he wanted to meet me for a brew over xmas as he was moving to iraq soon! wtf?!
finally made it to my mum and dads where my mum's xmas giddiness is out in full force! this pic is of her advent candle (which she loves for some unknown reason!) think it is a bit behind tho! haha!
as soon as i arrived home i was marched off to tim and jan's for mulled wine and mince pies with the neighbours which was nice, even though i have no idea who most of them are - wish i had got chance to talk shop with tim tho, such an amazing guy always working on really interesting conservationy-things!
