After all these years?

It has flowered, to a greater or lesser extent, ever since it got established - BUT - it's only this year I noticed. I seems to flower in a discreet band neither above, nor below, certain heights. The same "pattern" continues around out of sight.
Must keep a closer eye on it to check.
