The Chapel, Larch Cottage Nurseries.

Clickychick and I decided on an impromptu visit to Larch Cottage Nurseries.  I am not suggesting coffee on the Wisteria hung balcony (extra) was the main attraction but it was pretty high on the list.

To our surprise when we got there we found the private garden and chapel, hidden away at the bottom of the public area, was open to the public, in aid of Hospice at Home.  We arrived within twenty minutes of it closing but the chance to view was too great and not often available.

The chapel built by the proprietor Peter ( pupil for a short time many years ago) and was constructed for his wedding.  The inner walls are covered in murals by James Walsh, including a view of the wedding scene.
