Final days

Rosie had one of her final outings in the garden. A small cat whose presence and courage touched us to the end.

She looks well enough here - but she is, in reality, gaunt and hasn't eaten for around 10 days (other than a lick of baby food, specially recommended by the vet). She is fading fast - as the extra photo shows. 

Mrs. Ottawacker and I have never really known our lives in this house without her and I am dreading her visit to the vet tomorrow. Because I know something is terribly wrong.
