Sunday

I have been really tired today, probably due to the amount of diazepam I had yesterday. 
Mum and I wandered into Stockbridge this afternoon for the Colonies Yard Sale. Every little street had one or two gardens open, basically an outdoor charity shop! One street had this little free library. 
My grandparents lived in the colonies and Mum was brought up there. It was nice to see the house again, so many childhood memories there. 
I didn't cope. There was too many people, too many bumping into me. I felt like screaming, and my anxiety was rising. 
We left and walked the quiet way home. 
Have taken diazepam tonight, still feeling agitated.
