Clicky, Pointy, Shooty Thing

Because it was the last Sunday before Christmas we opened the shop today. Because it was Sunday it wasn't as busy as the week days have been. That gave us a chance to work out what to do with this clicky, pointy, shooty thing.

It was one of the new toys I got bundled with the 7D. Very sleek. Very lovely and oh, so much better then the usual two-part remote-release systems I have used. The 7D already has a built in sensor so only this simple device is needed. It works by setting the camera onto the timer mode. Easy.

I have a friend who now can't live without one!
