Not A Candidate ...

For the Great British Bake Off, but nonetheless I'm pleased with the results.  Considering that I forgot I don't have a pastry bag (with requisite star tip) here in Boston, and had to resort to a plastic bag with one corner cut off to pipe the whipped cream, I think it came out OK.  At least none of the dinner guests will secretly suspect I bought this at a bakery!
