The Sweet Life

A lightning trip to Connecticut today to check on the progress with the renovations at Jamie's apartment (all good -- should be ready to go on the market on Tuesday).  We stopped at our Bridgewater house to drop Mabel off while we met with the contractor, and I noticed the ants were on the peony buds looking for a sweet treat.  Won't be but a few more days before those gorgeous flowers will be blooming ... I'm just sorry I'll be missing them this year.  Extra shows a courting pair of "flying lemons" dropping by for a quick bite.
