Santa Claus is coming to town...

Here I am at the coo's tail again! Still at least the stockings are up. :))

It's been a hectic day. Had lots to do but David was sensible and did a plan that even factored in an hour for a sit down with coffee and cake between 3pm and 4pm. I do admire his management skills :D

Alan was at the docs this morning who confirmed he does indeed have a chest infection and a nasty one at that, so adult dose of antibiotic, which is great as trying to get Alan to take medicine is a bit like trying to thread your own head through the eye of a needle. He's been a star though, full of Christmas Cheer despite the constantly running nose, temperature and having a cough like a seal's bark!

David's been a star too and while I fretted over the timings for cooking the turkey in the aga, he made us a lovely dinner of sea breem with pea puree, gratin potatoes and roasted tomatoes. Delish.

Now all the food prep for tomorrow is done. Alan's in bed and David is in the study wrapping my presents. Mr Lastminute.com I'm not complaining though as he's been in there for ages so that must be agood sign.....right??

Anyhoo time for feet up and a wee Baileys.
