Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We started this team step challenge thing at work yesterday. It’s all meant to be a bit of fun to encourage people to be slightly healthier but I fear that the competition is bringing out the exercise facists. Our team leader told someone off for taking the lift!

We had a blissfully inactive evening watching Line Of Duty. Sssshh, don’t tell the step police.
