Before the rain

Luckily I blipped this before the rain. It is cold now, but we were able to sit outside with a coffee when Ros and Geoff called in to pick up a book of walks on Arran where they are going to support her daughter who is doing a 50km walk for Mind.

I cooked up some veg I’d got cheap - it won’t keep.

A first-“stroking” curly kale. That actually worked and it turned out tasty in a salad with Roquefort and dried cranberries. I also made roast veg cous cous No fridge slurry soup today!
