New Kid (sorry, Lamb) on the Block

There are plenty of dog-friendly cafes in Edinburgh these days

There's a cat cafe just round the corner from here,  in the West Bow. 

So it's only fair that the sheep should have a place to call their own, and rather unkind to leave them outside in the rain.  

And even though they are in the Grassmarket, there isn't a blade of the green stuff for them to munch on!

We've been to a singing workshop today with the wonderful Christine Kydd. We spent the first couple of hours doing some gentle stretches, massaging each other's necks and shoulders, some breathing exercises, and generally chilling. Just as some of us were wondering if we'd signed up for the wrong course, the singing began - and it sounded great. Full marks to Christine :-)
