Plant Sale
I went along this morning to help out at the Water of Leith Conservation Trust Plant Sale. I was in charge of the queue and taking people's entry fee. I couldn't believe people were queueing outside 20 mins before they opened. The first wave threw their money at me and ran in, elbows sharpened buy apart from one dirty look when I told them no one else was allowed in until some people left, the rest of the queue were well behaved.
Taught some small children about floodplains and lichen whilst they waited to get let in.
Shot a quick snap of the aquaduct and viaduct before heading home. If I can work out how to attach it from my phone, there will be some Jew's Ear fungi (Auricularia auricula-judae) that I found on my walk home.
