Bleak outlook

Today we were still in Goedereede on the beach in the morning, but came home to vote in the European elections. In Belgium besides the a European elections there were regional and federal elections (in which we are not allowed to vote)... tonight the results are slowly coming through and it looks like we have returned to the 1930’s... on the day that Pippa was humbled and horrified by visiting the Jewish museum in Berlin... Despite all the efforts of the young generation to try and force the politicians to create a sustainable Belgium, the voters have en masse voted for extreme right - very, very sad...
