Osprey

Fine day, at last,  for a lovely row…. I heard the osprey and found him from the boat....  waaaay up in a tall fir tree!      A crappy cropped photo with my biggest lens, alas  (210mm) ..... I’ve been looking for him in a nearer tree…but couldn’t resist this against the blue sky.  Really want him to dive for fish right in front of me.  I think you can tell it’s an osprey and even see its eye!     A friend/neighbor came over this afternoon and hung out on the deck for awhile, so no work today. (for me, anyway...H always has to do something...)
