Rhossili Bay

The rain relented today and for a few minutes this morning there was some blue sky and sunshine. The floods had subsided enough for us to drive to Rhossili Bay from where we enjoyed a walk along the cliffs towards Worm's Head.

There are always lots of sheep fearlessly grazing along the cliff edge here. I love the way they are gazing out across the bay as if admiring the view. In the summer Rhossili is popular with surfers. Fans of the BBC series Torchwood may recognize the beach as the scene of the opening sequences of the last series.
