Is it Purple? Is it Blue?

I always like the artistic licence that they have in horticulture - the colour of blue is seemingly a hard one to replicate in flower form so they often claim shades of purple as 'blue' - like this Rhapsody in Blue rose that is bloooming well in a pot on the patio!
