Rocky Steps

A view of the steps leading up to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which the actor Sylvester Stallone climbed in the film Rocky.  They've been known ever since as Rocky Steps. We visited the museum  with our friends  Marge and Steve from Westchester NY,  who have joined us here.  We were returning to our hotels by taxi--thus the less than ideal composition of the image. Around dinnertime we experienced a visit from the stormy weather that has spawned tornados across the Midwest in the last few days. The weather forecast even featured a tornado watch for a while, although I doubt there was ever one anywhere in the region.

I'm curious:  Does anyone have an idea who the four figures dressed full-length in red might be?
