Mum, Dad and I went out for a wee jaunt. The view from mount Gabriel was fab, but quite a squall was heading towards.
Collected the turkey, it looked like it'd been on anabolic steroids and we had to cut off its limbs to get it into the roasting tray, nice.That's Easter covered.
Mum made mince pies while I made mackerel pate and then a Mango Fool, both v good, just not necessarily at the same time. A quick Xmas drink at Hacketts got us nicely into the festivities, it bucketed down all the way home so we warmed up with a little more of the hot cider concoction from Hubs and we all snuggled down to watch a dvd, eat more mince pies and Xmas cake.....the food babies are already coming along nicely.
