Pibroch

So a big day today.

I was hosting my first team meeting and invited the team up to Scotland as I had booked a suppliers office to host the meeting.

The team either drove or flew up and the day went like clockwork which was nice.

We didn’t leave until 5:30 so didn’t arrive in Edinburgh until 7:30.

I had booked us apartments just off the Royal Mile and a nice meal at a Scottish restaurant called Pibroch.

My English and Romanian colleagues enjoyed Cullen Skink, haggis neeps & tatties and a fine dram.
