Gymnastics Competition

H got up at 6:30 so I fed her and took her for an early morning walk before it got too hot.

I then popped out for a 9km run once everyone was up.

L had gymnastics from 10-1pm today so I had time to practice my floor routine for the fun competition at 2pm.

My music was Wipeout by the Safaris and I managed a respectable 4th position.

Lots of good fun for non gymnasts.

Been another scorcher here today. MrsT, L and H went to visit G & G in the afternoon.

May try for another bike ride tonight.
